t-PA is an enzyme that readily converts plasminogen into plasmin which actively dissolves clot.t-PA is activated only when it is attached to fibrin.there are three form of t-PA
Alteplase:which is normal t-PA
Reteplase:
which is mutated form of human t-PA and has faster mood of action
Tenecteplase: is another mutated form of t-PA with longer half life.
